In Warren, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Michigan vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 9 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (586) 443-4929. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 134 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded mechanics in Warren.
Warren is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Brought equinox in was looking for tires to replace the ones that were not safe to drive on anymore on my car. Steve showed me what he had and got me a set of very slightly used tires for a great price. The service was excellent and it took him a very short time to get the job done. He was also very pleasant to chat with in the time while I was there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality service and very reasonable pricing for tires new or used. Definitely will be back when I need a set of tires for my other car.

Had a great experience here. I pulled up with a flat tire and they took care of it right away. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything extra. The wait time was short and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need tire service

Came in stressed over a tire issue and they made the whole process easy. The team was friendly, quick, and very professional. They gave me honest recommendations, fair pricing, and had my car back on the road fast. It’s hard finding a shop you can actually trust, but this place definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!
